While there are a lot of absolutely adorable and lovable pets around the world but still for me parrots are one of the greatest pets out there. Don’t get me wrong – I like cats and dogs and even some rare pets but parrots are still one of my favorites.
While many of us know that parrots can actually learn to talk (well, actually they’re able to pronounce some words) it may take some time and effort to teach them some basic sounds and word. While it is relatively hard to do that, in the end the results are quite rewarding. Also unlike many other pets (especially dogs) the are less food costs (bird food is very cheap) and you won’t have to clean up after them like after other animals.
And because they are relatively small parrots do not take as much space as most of the other ones. And unlike other small pets (like fish, spiders and lizards) they are quite friendly and like to communicate a lot. And of course they look really beautiful.
Unfortunately you won’t be able to open windows until the bird is in the cage because it will easily fly away. And in some situations it will be quite hard to get them to the cage after you let them fly in your house. But if you’ll be careful and you’ll spend your time with your pet you will eventually have a lot of fun and enjoyment with these wonderful birds.
